No tear will be wasted -The journey to move on with hope

It's easy to feel completely hopeless when all you see is the pain and destruction. I was at church feeling exactly that way when a song of hope rose out of me.

“No tear will be wasted, no pain will be wasted, I (God) will use these things and turn it for your good.”

Little did I know that a lot of people needed that same message that day. You don’t know what people are going through just by looking at them. It’s all too easy to judge and make assumptions even though we all know we shouldn't.

To be honest, without that song I would not have written the album because it inspired it all.

Today is a day when I needed hope, piecing your life back together after a divorce is heart-wrenching to put it politely. To be reminded of that song again reminds me that God cares about the pain I/ we have gone through and he promises that he is going to make something good from it.

As I write this, I  would be lying if I said at times that truth wouldn't be challenged but I just wanted you to know as I write this that I am standing with you. Even if you can’t accept this for yourself know that in this moment I will believe it for you.

“No tears will be wasted, no pain will be wasted, I (God) will use these things and turn it for your good.”

This blog entry is inspired by my No Tear will be wasted. If you have not heard the song yet you can hear it here:
